Every factory has three versions of the truth: the rate in the owner’s head, the stock in the storekeeper’s diary, and the accounts in the office computer. Ask all three the same question and you get three different answers. Aakar One was made to end that.
How it started
We went to running factories in rubber, polymer and metal, and sat with the people who actually run them: owners, supervisors, storekeepers, accountants. We wrote down the problems their software never touched. Wastage that ends in an argument instead of a number. Rates averaged across sizes until margin quietly leaks. Pour weight that never matches part weight. Stock only the old storekeeper can find. The 2B-matching nights before every GST filing. Then we built each one into the product.
What makes it different
Aakar One is a complete Manufacturing ERP with CAD built into its heart. You put the product you already make into the software - drawn from shapes if it has a shape, weighed in as a recipe if you compound it, or simply listed if you buy and sell it - and everything follows from that one record: weight, cost, quotes, job cards, wastage, stock, profit and GST. Nothing is typed twice, so nothing can disagree. Products made from parts work too, by a door of their own: pick the parts, and that list is the recipe. We call the whole family Shape of Shapes, because a product of products had no name, so we gave it one.
Why it fits your industry already
A big ERP arrives knowing nothing about manufacturing, so consultants are hired to teach it your trade. Months of meetings, months of customisation, a bill larger than the licence, and at the end a heavier system that still stops at the surface of your work. We refused to build that.
